SPECTATORS AGREEMENT FOR ENTRY

The Cactus Classic Invitational is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event.  By entering the facility for this event, all participants, coaches, and/or spectators are subject to the Terms & Agreement, found by clicking hereIn addition, all participants and spectators agree to abide by terms and the following Spectators Code of Conduct as required by USA Volleyball.  Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk.  Be alert at all times, especially during active play.

Children not participating on a team entered in the event MUST BE under the supervision of their parents at all times.  The venue is not to be considered an open play area.  Open courts and free space within the facility (including the lobby and escalators) are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.

SECURITY CHECK/BAG INSPECTION (TCC)

The Tucson Convention Center may institute a security check-point at all entrances to the playing venue for the Cactus Classic Invitational.  Guests entering the TCC will be subject to search at the discretion of Management. The TCC does not provide storage for any confiscated items or baggage.

This new procedure will apply to all participants (players and coaches) as well.  The TCC recommends that teams should plan to arrive earlier than normal to allow for this enhanced security process.

NO COOLERS ALLOWED

NO COOLERS of any kind, of any size, or for any reason are permitted on the Tucson Convention Center complex. Coolers left inside or outside the building will be removed to off the TCC complex. There are other areas on the TCC campus and Downtown for players and parents to gather and rest between matches.  Please do not organize any camp spot on campus – we appreciate your cooperation.
