CLUB CACTUS JUNIORS TUITION AND FEES

 

2022 Tuition and Team Budgets

CCJ TUITION IS ALL INCLUSIVE:  The club will prepare a budget for the season which includes everything listed below to make sure each team and player have all resources for training and competition.  CCJ works to make sure to keep club tuition as affordable as possible and has many programs designed to help families afford club participation.  Tuition for the 2022 club season may be paid in full at the beginning of the season or in monthly installments agreed upon by the club. 

 

The tuition will include the following:

  • USA Volleyball Team registration and insurance

  • Arizona Region Tournament team contracts

  • Coaching staff salaries and administrative expenses

  • Facility Rental and operating expenses (increased due to SCC minimum wage increase on January 1, 2020)

  • Gym equipment and volleyballs

  • Player Uniform and Gear Package (including Mizuno Volleyball Shoes

  • National, USAV Junior National Qualifier, and JVA Tournament team entry fees

  • Team lodging and local transportation for National Tournaments

  • Coaching Staff lodging and transportation to National Events

  • NOT INCLUDED IN TUITION

    • Not Included: player meals at tournaments

    • Not Included: player transportation to/from Regional Tournaments (Arizona)

    • Not Included: player lodging for National/Regional events in Arizona

    • Not Included: Airfare (or other transportation) to/from National Tournaments

2022 Tuition Costs

While the majority of the tuition is CCJ's Base Team Cost, each team will have a different tuition structure based on each team's travel schedule and the overall length of season.  For example, National Teams that travel will be more expensive than the Regional Teams that compete only in Arizona.

 

Please note - the budgets presented here are projected and not final.  This is projected for the 2022 season and presented for information only as families start to plan for the upcoming season.  Final budget and tuition costs will be presented at the informational meeting in October.

2022 Team Tuition Breakdown

The club will provide a monthly payment plan to make the season fees more affordable.  Although the tuition is divided into monthly installments for National and Region teams, the services rendered under contract and the remittance of payments is not an installment contract nor are they severable. Failure to complete the payment schedule agreed upon by the contract can render the athlete ineligible to compete with another club in the Arizona Region for subsequent seasons or until the account is paid in full.

2022 Tuition Discounts and Credits

We'll have more information here once the Open House period begins.  Generally, these are the most popular credits that CCJ is able to afford each season to our member families.

  • Paid In Full Accounting Discount

    • Complete balance must be paid in full by December 10, 2021

    • $350 Credit (for Mizuno National Teams)

    • $250 Credit (for National Teams)

    • $150-$100 Credit (for Regional Teams)

  • Sibling Credit

    • $250 Credit for each additional child from same family

​

  • Cactus Classic Volunteer Credit

    • $100 Credit for Court Set-up

    • $200 Credit for Court Tear Down on Monday Night

    • $200 Credit available for Court Cleaning each night

    • $100 Credit per day for ticket sales

    • PLEASE NOTE:  The Cactus Classic Credit could be affected this season if the tournament is either canceled or limited due to Pima County and City of Tucson policies related to COVID-19 concerns.
